REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• Product is damaged
• Wrong item delivered

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or used beauty products
• Products without original packaging

3. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item:

• Email us within 48 hours
• Share photos/videos as proof

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunded to original payment method

5. Replacement

We may offer replacement instead of refund based on situation.

6. Return Shipping

• If error is from our side → we cover cost
• Otherwise → customer bears return cost

7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before shipment
• Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
